    - CONREC will not charge a job seeker a fee for the purpose of finding a job seeker employment;
    - By law, as a future employer, we are required to ascertain your residency status and we will require documentary proof;
    - You give CONREC consent to obtain a reference check with previous employers. You understand that this information will be used as part of your application;
    - A minimum of four hours will e paid for any given day attended for work;
    - RDOs are not accrued – you are paid for the actual hours worked;
    - Site and other allowances, if applicable to your site will be paid at the appropriate rate;
    - Any invitation of employment by the client to you as a temporary or casual employee, or independent contractor must be immediately reported to CONREC;
    - It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided in the application (including bank account details) are correct. Failure to supply correct details will delay payment of wages;
    - The information collected by CONREC ensures that our “Duty of Care” is exercised in the performance of our function as an employment, placement and referral agency;
    Applicant declaration
    - I hereby state that the information provided by me on the employment application is true and correct. If it is found that any information or answers provided by me are false, misleading or incorrect, I understand that this will result in the termination of my application;
    - I authorise CONREC to retain my application for up to 6 months from date of registration for the purposes of referral to suitable employment;
    - I understand that I will be contacted by CONREC to discuss jobs and to confirm continued retention of my details;
